So im looking to create a sengoku era based series set in a fantastical futuristic alternate universe where humans are born with spiritual other halfs who cant grant them power or curse them according to their spiritual level, they use this power to shapeshift into spirit animal forms (like beast within in bayonetta) which will be known as yokai within in this series, and they can also use an advanced more useful form known as a primal trigger which maintains a humanoid form while also beastly enhancing the human (like a devil trigger in DMC, spirit evolution in digimon,  or transform in bloody roar).
